Mexican Chicken Casserole with Chile Verde

Ingredients
ChickenCream of Chicken Soupreduced fat cheesechicken breastflour tortillas
Directions
Soak the tortillas in the water used to cook breast. Doesn't need to soak long. Cover the casserole dish with 7 tortillas, I have them come up the sides. Mix cooked shredded chicken with soup can and salsa. Pour in the casserole dish. Put 2 cups cheese over the chicken mix and take a single tortilla cut up and place over the cheese. Cover with lid or foil. Cook for 30 minutes. Give it a browning for 5 so it doesn't look so pale. Serve with sour cream.
