Chicken Veg. Wrap

Ingredients
1 Cup Green Bell Peppers, Sliced1 Cup Yellow Bell Peppers, Sliced1 Cup Red Bell Peppers, Sliced1 Large Onion, Thinly Sliced1 Cup, Fresh Snow Peas1 Lb Chicken Breast, Cubed1 tsp Soy Sauce4 La Tortilla Whole Wheat low Carb Tortilla1 Cup Large Red Ripe Tomato, Chopped
Directions
Spray a stir fry pan with cooking spray & heat on medium heat.
Add cubed chicken & stir fry until no longer pink & cooked thrrough.
Add all vegetables & stir fry for 2-3 minutes until mixed in well with chicken.
Add soy sauce & stir fry another 1-2 minutes.
Turn off heat & serve with chopped tomato & low carb wraps (which can be heated in microwave for 20-30 seconds).
