*Ground Pork, lean, Superstore (1 serving = 100g), 454 gram (remove)Cornstarch, 0.125 cup (remove)*Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 3 tbsp (remove)Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 4 tsp (remove)*Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)*Bagged coleslaw mix (shredded), 4 cup (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 225 grams (remove)*Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk), 5 serving (remove)Garlic, 2 tsp
Mix pork, garlic, cornstarch, half vinegar and half soy sauce. Add pepper and ginger is desired.
In small bowl mix rest of vinegar, soy sauce and sugar, oyster sauce and oil. Set aside.
Cook eggs in pan, remove.
Add pork, cook until no longer pink.
Dice and add mushrooms and coleslaw mix. Cook 2 more minutes. Add eggs, green onions and sauce set aside. Stir to coat.
Serve in lettuce cups or tortillas (calories not included)
