Brown your Ground Turkey. Rinse if you want but there is no visible fat. Add 4 cups water, carrots, celery, okra, canned tomatoes, and pinto beans and all seasonings. I added the broccoli and squashes after the other cooked about 3o mins. I didn't want it mushy.
