Chocolate Chip Zuchini Protein Muffins

Ingredients
2 large egg1 tsp. vanilla extracts1 c. unsweetened applesauce2 c. grated zucchini (excess liquid squeezed out with hands)1.5 c. whole wheat flour½ c vanilla protein powder½ c sweet dairy whey1 tsp. sea salt1 tsp. baking soda½ tsp. baking powder1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients. In a separate bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Slowly mix the dry into the wet. Fill muffin tins.
Bake at 350 about 12 minutes
