Harvest Salad with Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
Dice or chop all veggies into bite sized pieces. Discard the woody part of the broccoli spear keeping only the flowerettes. Mix the ranch dressing mix with the skim milk and light mayonnaise. Pour 1/2 C. of the dressing over the veggies and mix well.

No cooking! This is a great fresh veggie salad perfect for any meal.
