King Arthur Modified Burger Buns

Ingredients
1 cup lukewarm water2 TB butter1 large egg2 cups white whole wheat flour1 1/2 cup all purpose flour1/4 cup honey1 1/4 tsp salt1 TB instant yeastTopping:2 TB melted butter
Directions
I place all ingredients in my bread machine and set to dough cycle. After the initial rise, I shape depending on how I plan to use the dough.
Once shaped, allow to rise until doubled in volume.
Brush the tops with half of the melted butter.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes on parchment paper.
Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining melted butter.
Cool on a rack.
