Best Healthy Beef Lasagna Ever!

Ingredients
2/3 of a pot of Homemade Beef Pasta Sauce (see recipe)7 tsps of Parmesan Cheese1.33 cups of Ricotta Cheese1 medium egg9 pieces of Oven-Ready Lasagna Noodles8oz of Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Mix Ricotta cheese, egg, a sprinkle of Italian herb mix and 3 tsps of Parmesan Cheese, then set aside. Lay 3 pieces of lasagna noodles to a bottom of a baking pan. Spoon enough pasta sauce to cover noodles. Sprinkle 2 tsps of Parmesan cheese. Lay another 3 pieces over the pasta sauce. Then spread Ricotta mixture over noodles evenly. Lay another 3 pieces of lasagna noodles over the Ricotta mixture. Add enough pasta sauce to cover noodles, then sprinkle 2 tsps of pasta sauce. Then over the top of the lasagna with fresh grated Mozzarella Cheese.

Cook for 25 mins and cool for another 5mins.
