Carrot Soup

Ingredients
Carrots - choppedOnions - chopped1 can tomatoesWater 5 cupsChicken Stock - 2 cups
Directions
Place water and stock in a saucepan, place on heat.
Add chopped carrots, chopped onions and canned toamtoes.
Bring to the boil and then simmer for 30 mins.
You can either eat the soup as it is or liquidize. Keeps in the fridge for up 5 days.
You can add any spices you like or bacon.
