Ingredients
This is what my mom used to serve my 6 siblings and myself for dinner quite frequently. iIt was a HIT! The raisins were my favorite part!You can put it between a burger bun or kaiser roll for a fantastic burger "joe"
Directions
put in cooking oil into a large skillet, sautee garlic, add ground beef and add salt and pepper, soy sauce, when meat is halfway cooked, add carrots. when meat is browned, add potatoes and raisins.cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes on high heat stirring occasionally.
If adding to buns, toast lightly in toaster oven or oven pre-heated to 400 for 2-4 minutes.
