Balsamic Chicken with Mushrooms & Pears

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts2 medium sized pears, cored & sliced thick2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar1 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar blendSalt & pepper, to taste
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar and brown sugar and mix to combine. Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper.

2. Place chicken, pears, mushrooms in slow cooker and pour vinegar mixture over the top.

3. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
