Cauliflower Casserole - 0 Sugar Calories

Ingredients
2 medium heads fresh cauliflower, steamed & drained without salt (@ 8 cups riced)16 oz container Fage Total 0% plain Greek Yogurt1 cup (16 T) Fit & Active Light Mayonnaise1 3/4 cups Fit & Active Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese1 medium onion minced finely1 package (10 T) Tuscan Garden Real Bacon Bits
Directions
Cook cauliflower until tender, put through ricer or chop into pieces about the size of hash browns. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, 1 cup of the cheddar, the onions, salt and pepper. Stir in cauliflower and bacon. Place in greased baking dish and sprinkle rest of cheddar on top.
Bake at 350* for 20 minutes or until heated through.
