Low Fat Gluten Free Apple Oatmeal Bites

Ingredients
2 cups oatmeal1 cup packed brown sugar1 cup gluten free bisquick1/2 cupchopped walnuts1 t. baking powder1/2 t. ground allspice1 cup apple butter2 eggs
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl then add apple butter and 2 beaten eggs. Stir until all ingrediets are mixed well and moist. Drop by teaspoons into mini muffin pan (24 count). Bake 350 degrees for 12 minutes, rotating pan half way. Makes 2 pans/48 bite size treats.
