Super quick and easy parmesan encrusted fish

  • Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
16 oz. Cod (or any other mild whitefish)1 TBS (or so) parmesan per 4oz of fishButter or oil for pan
Directions
Sprinkle and then pat the parmesan cheese onto each side of the fish
Heat butter or oil in pan
"Fry" fish on both sides until fish is cooked through and browned
