Fajita Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
16 oz Ground Turkey1/2 medium onion chopped1 red pepper chopped1 Package Knorr Rice Sides Steak Fajita flavor1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (basil, garlic, oregano) 1 -1/2 cups water1 can (16oz) red kidney beans, rinced and drained
Directions
1) Brown ground turkey with diced onion and pepper; drain, if desired.
2) Stir in remaining ingredients: bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 7 mins or until the rice is tender.
3) Garnish, if desired, with sour cream, shredded cheese, and/or green onions (not factored in the Nurtition)
