1/3 cup sesame seeds2/3 cup desiccated coconut1/3 cup natural almonds1/3 cup shelled walnuts2/3 cup LSA1 1/3 cups dried fruit (I used apricots, prunes, dates)1/3 cup peanut butter1/3 cup brown rice syrup1/3 cup honeyadditional desiccated coconut for rolling.
In thermomix or food processor, blend all dry ingredients until finely ground. Add dried fruit, process until very finely chopped and moist. Add peanut butter and honey, process until a dough forms. Roll into teaspoon-sized balls, roll in additional desiccated coconut.
