Acorn squash with apple

Ingredients
1 small acorn squash 1 granny smith apple1tsp brown sugar1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Pierce acorn squash several times through the skin to prevent exploding.
Microwave on high for 5 min turning once halfway through.
Meanwhile peal and core and dice apple.
When squash is done in the microwave, cut in half and scrape out the seeds.
Place apple pieces in each half and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
bake 10 min in 400 degree oven.
