Banana bread no nuts

Ingredients
1/2 c butter or margarine (calories and fat based on margarine)1/2 c milk, nonfat2 eggs3 mashed bananas, medium1 cup granulated sugar2.5 cups white flour1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare two 4 by 8 loaf pans
Cream the sugar, margarine, milk, eggs and mashed bananas. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add to wet ingredients and stir. Do not over stir. Batter will be lumpy in appearance. Divide between pans and bake one hour. Bread is done when a toothpick inserted in each comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 32 1/2 inch slices from 2 medium loaves
