Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

2/3 cup unsalted butter, softened2/3 cup brown sugar2 large eggs1 1/2 cup old fashioned Quaker Oats1 1/2 cups flour1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt5 ounces Ocean Spray Craisins (Original Dried Cranberries2/3 cup white chocolate chunks or chips
Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together in a medium mixing blow until light and fluffy. Add eggs mixing well. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in a separate mixing bowl. add flour mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition. Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chunks.
Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
Serving Size: Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies
