Steak Chili

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil2 pounds steak - cut into 1 inch cubes3 cloves garlic, minced1 Jalapeno Pepper2 tbsp chili powder1 tablespoon graund cumin1 1/2 teaspoones ground cayenne pepper2 ( 29 ounce) cans diced tomatoes1(15 ounce) can kidney beans drained
Directions
1.in a Large pot over medium high heat, combine the oil and steak and saute for about 5 menutes, or until steak is browned. add onions, garlic and jalapeno and saute for 5 minutes

2.add chili powder, cumin, cayenne tomatoes and kidney beans reduce heat to low cover and simmer for an hour remove cover and simmer another 30 minutes, or until desired thikness
