Sour Cream Rolls

Ingredients
8 cups Flour, white1 cup Whole Milk / Vitamin D, warm3/4 tsp Salt2 sticks Margarine, melted5 tbsp Granulated Sugar1 cup Sour Cream2 oz. Yeast, bakers3 Eggs, slightly beaten2 lbs Walnuts, ground1 stick oleo2 cups Granulated Sugar1 cup Whole Milk / Vitamin D1 fl oz Lemon Juice
Directions
Dissolve dry yeast in 1/4 c lukewarm water, 1/4 c lukewarm milk, and 1 tablespoon sugar. Set aside. Mix all other ingredients together. Add more flour to make a rollable dough. Divide dough into 8 balls. Roll out and fill with nut mixture. Roll out to rectangle, appx. 14 x 6. Let rise in pan for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

For Nut Mixture: Heat milk to melt oleo. Add to ground nuts and sugar mixture. Add lemon juice and mix. Add additional milk, if needed to make a nice spreadable mixture.

Serving size is per slice ~ appx. 26 slices per roll.
