apples, 2 thinly slicedcinnamon, ground, 1 well-rounded tsp.salt, pinch1/8 cup brown sugar (1/4 c if you don't have maple syrup_1/8 cup maple syrupalmond milk, 2 cups (regular milk is fine)oatmeal, 2 cupsalmonds, sliced or slivered, about 1/4 cupwater, 2 cups
Thinly slice 2 flavorful apples and add to your slow cooker. Add cinnamon, salt, brown sugar, and maple syrup.
Add almond milk, oatmeal, almonds, and water.
Cover. Cook on low setting overnight.
