Mushroom, onion, and garlic bowties

4 oz mushroom slices, chopped fine1/2 medium onion, chopped fine1 tsp garlic, chopped fine1/3 box bow tie pasta, cooked and salted (cook while preparing veggies)1/2 pk spreadable cheese1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth 2 tble unsalted butter
Cook bowtie pasta in salted water for about 15 min. until past al dente
While pasta is cooking:
chop mushrooms and onions in small dice and add to melted butter in skillet.(or use just broth for less fat) When almost done, add the garlic and stir so it doesn't burn add a small amount of chicken broth (to taste) and then add the spreadable cheese and melt.
Drain water from pasta and add to the skillet. Toss into cheese and serve hot.
Makes 4 1 cup servings
