Ingredients
Dry ingredients:Baking powder 6 tsp.Dark Brown Sugar 24 tsp. or .5 cupOat Bran T. Joes 3 cups Wet ingredients:Apple Sauce 4 oz.Banana 2 ea.Egg Whites 4 ea.Soy Milk 2.5 cups
Directions
Spray muffin pans with cooking spray to avoid sticking. Place them into freezer. Smash bananas to liquid. Mix all wet ingredients in one bowl. Mix all dry ingredients in larger bowl. Mix wet into dry. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Allow mixture to stand for 15 minutes. Add Mixture to pans and cook for 15-20 minutes.
