5 oz. Pasta, Ronzoni, Smart taste, Rotini1 1/8 c. Chicken Stock (from bullion)1/4 c. Great Value Fat Free Skim Milk4 tsp. Flour, all purpose2 oz. Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt - Green Mountain Farms1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt1/4 tsp. Black Pepper2/3 c. Baker's & Chef's Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Combine chicken stock, milk, and flour. Whisk until flour dissolves. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes, or until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.
Add pasta to cheese mixture and stir to coat. Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheese.
Broil 3 minutes on high.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
