Venison and buffalo chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground venison1 lb ground bison1/3 chopped onion3 stoplight peppers sliced1 can pinto beans2 cans diced tomatoes1 4 oz can of green chiles2 garlic cloves minced1 tbsp cumin1 tbsp Mexican chili powder1.5 tsp salt1 tbsp paprika2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Add olive oil to stock pot or Dutch oven on medium heat
Brown onions
Add meat and brown
Mix dry spices and add to meat while browning
Add canned goods and garlic once meat is browned
Bring to a boil
Reduce to a simmer and serve when desired consistency is reached
