*Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry), 2 oz(remove)Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 1 cup(remove)Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup(remove)*Fresh Chopped Zuchinni, .75 cup(remove)Baby Carrotts, Raw - 3 oz, 1 serving(remove)*Ground Tumeric, svg size 1 tbsp, 2 serving(remove)Garlic powder, 1 tsp(remove)*Black Pepper (Ground), .50 tsp(remove)*Crushed Red Pepper, 0.25 tsp(remove)Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 4 serving(remove)Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Water, 2 oz drained, 56 g, about 1/4 cup, 4 oz(remove)
Cook spegetti in water as directed, drain. Mix cream of mushroom soup with the 1 cup of milk in a small bowl. Finely chop the zuchinni & carrotts. Combine everything & put into a lightly greased casserole dish. Slice tomatoes & put on top.
Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
