2 C Cooked Rice, Whole Grain Brown 1 16 oz can Tomatoes with juice1 7 oz can Green Chili Peppers1 T Taco seasoning1 large Onions, raw coursly chopped3 Cloves Garlic2 can (10.75 oz) Chicken Broth12 oz Chicken Breast cooked (grilled)
Saute onions and garlic in a little chicken broth until onion is clear. Add cooked rice. and taco seasoning. Cook 2 min. add green chilies and cook 2 more min. Add remainging ingredients and simmer 30 min.
