Foil Baked Spicy Mango Salmon

Ingredients
4- 4oz salmon fillets, skin removed1 cup + 4 tbsp KC Masterpiece Hawaiian Spicy Mango Marinade1/2 of a red bell pepper, seeded and diced1/2 cup diced onion1/2 cup fresh mango, peeled and diced
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine salmon and marinade, let marinate refrigerated for 30 minutes. In the meantime, dice up your veggies and mango. Place each salmon fillet on top of an individual sheet of foil. Divide bell pepper, onion, and mango evenly between the salmon. Drizzle each with 1 tbsp. marinade. Fold foil to create 4 sealed packets. Place packets on a baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
