Healthy Waffles

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.0 cup Oat Bran, 1 cupBaking Soda, 1/2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tspBrown Sugar, 2 TbspEgg, fresh, 1 large Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 1/2 cupMilk, nonfat, 1.5 cup
Directions
Mix dry ingredients and liquid ingredients separately. Add liquid ingredients to the middle of the dry mix and just mix together. Do not over beat or stir. Heat waffle iron according to manufacturer directions. Works best on a non-stick waffle iron. if using something else, you will need to use a fat free oil spray. Cook until waffle iron indicator shows ready. Remove from waffle iron. These are crispy when taken out of the waffle iron and should be eaten right away. You can freeze in individual packages and heat in toaster for a quick fix breakfast. Makes about 12 - 15 four inch waffles.
