Ingredients
3lb - Beef chuck2 cups - Prego2 Tbsp - Green Onion2 - Onions diced1/4 cup - Soy Sauce2 slices - Ginger Root1/2 cup - White Wine1 cup - Vegetable Broth4 cups - Chow Mein Noodles
Directions
Brown both sides of meat. Brown the onions in the same pan. Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, white wine, vegetable broth, ginger, and hot sauce (as desired). Simmer for 3+hrs on the stove or in a dutch oven at 350F. Remove ginger and add green onion. Serve over noodles.
