shers butternut squash soup

Ingredients
butternut squash about 2 - 2 1/2 lbs, pealed and cut into chunks2 medium yellow onions, quartered3 medium granny smith apples, cored and quartered2 TBS EVOO1 TBS chilli powder4 cups chicken broth
Directions
pre-heat oven to 400F. cut veggies and fruit. drizzle with EVOO. add chilli powder. mix, and put onto baking sheet. bake for 40 minutes stirring every 10 min. after mix is roasted. let cool a bit. then add 2 cups broth with half of veggies in blender. repeat with remaining ingred. mix all together. serve.
