Nature's Promise Cream of Tomato Soup (1 box)1 Large Carrot2 Large Parsnips2 boneless, skinless Chicken breast halvesBasilThymeOnion Powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Peel and cube vegetables and toss with spices to loosely coat. Spray baking dish with nonstick spray and put in vegetables. Cook for 20-30 minutes.
Spice chicken in the same manor and put on top of vegetables. Finish cooking 20-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Put soup in medium to large saucepan on medium-low heat. Chop chicken into small pieces and add chicken and vegetables to soup. Bring to a simmer and serve.
