Curtis Meat Sauce

Ingredients
1 C. Copped onion2 Clove garlic 1 28 oz can tomatoes 1/2 (6 oz ) Red wine 1 lb 93% lean ground beefBasilRosemary Oregano1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
heat a pan with the olive oil. Don't let it quite smoke ( the olive oil will get bitter ) add the chopped onion. When the onion is starting to brown add garlic. after ~ 1 min, add the ground beef, and brown.
When the ground beef is well browned and bits are on the bottom of the pan add the red wine. stir for about 30-40 seconds to get the brown bits up, add the balsamic and tomatoes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Season to taste, about 1 tsp each of basil oregano and rosemary. Let simmer until thick, about 20-30 min.
