Roasted Parmesan Green Beans

Ingredients
4 cups Green Beans (fresh, snipped ends)2 Tbsp Olive oilPinch Salt Pinch Pepper˝ cup Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven 400 degrees. In medium bowl mix beans, oil (enough to coat beans), pinch of salt & pinch of pepper. Mix until all are covered. Lay the beans onto a cookie sheet and sprinkle a “healthy” amount of cheese on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Bean should be crispy the outside and tender on the inside.
