2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 8 cup Zuccini Squash .5 cup Half and Half Cream
Put Zuccini, seasonings and 1/2 cup of water in a pot and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Stir occationally, add more water it gets too dry.
Once Zuccini is very tender use an imersian blender and puree. Add cream and half and half, heat for another few minutes to blend, adjust seasonings if needed. Devide into four soup bowls.
