Chickpea with vegs in crockpot

Ingredients
3 celery stalks2 carrot stalks2 yellow onions medium1/2 tbsp curry powder1 can tomoates with jalapaneo peppers1 can vegetable broth2 cans chickpeas rinsed1/2 c water1/2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Chop and saute onions, red pepper, celery, carrots in 1 tbsp olive oil. At 1/1 tbsp curry pepper and keep cooking for about 10 minutes.

Add to crock pot with rinsed chickpeas, chopped tomato and 1/2 water.

Cook for about 6 hours until veg are a little tender.
