Broccoli Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients
1/2 head of cauliflower, cooked & chopped2 cups broccoli florets, cooked & chopped1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth1/4 cup fat free cheddar cheese, shredded 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk4 cloves garlicSalt & pepper, to taste
Directions
1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, garlic, cheddar cheese, milk, chicken broth and salt & pepper. Blend to desired consistency.

2. Transfer mixture to a large bowl and serve immediately.
