4 cups chicken stock (fat skimmed)1 cup shredded chicken breast(roasted)1 small head Bok Choy2 TBS chopped shallots
Directions
Add to chicken stock the coarsely chopped Bok Choy and shallots. Cook until tender, then add roasted chicken breast.
