Crockpot Country Captain Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breastssalt and pepper to taste1 tbs curry powder1 cup coarsely chopped onion1/2 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper1/2 cup coarsely chopped green bell pepper1 can diced canned tomatoes1/2 cup raisins2 tbs cornstarch
Directions
Lightly spray crock with non stick spray
Place chicken breasts in bottom of crock
Add remaining ingredients (except cornstarch) as listed
Cook on high for 2 hours
Mix cornstarch in 1/3 cup water and stir into mixture
Continue cooking for 15 minutes
