Pineapple Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
5 medium sweet potatoes, peeled & cubed3 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar mix2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt and toss to coat. Place in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour entire can of pineapple, including juice, over the sweet potatoes.

2. Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours.
