Ingredients:*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp(remove)Onions, raw, 1 large(remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)(remove)Garlic, 3 clove(remove)*knorr boullion, vegetable, 1 cube, 2 serving(remove)White Wine, 4 fl oz(remove)Marjoram, dried, 2 tsp(remove)*Crushed red pepper, 0.25 tsp(remove)*Mussels, 16 oz(remove)Swordfish, 16 oz(remove)Shrimp, raw, 1 medium(remove)*Dockside Classics - lump crabmeat, 16 oz(remove)14 oz can of organic diced tomatoes
Chop onions, celery, garlic and saute in olive oil. Add diced tomatoes, veg. broth (substitute clam juice if desired). Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat and let simmer covered for 10 minutes. Add all the fish, and simmer until the mussels open.
