Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs of chicken (I used frozen chicken breasts)1 bouillon cube3/4 cup water1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup balsamic vinegar2 T lemon juice1 T chili powder1 T granulated garlic (or garlic powder)2 tsp dried basil2 tsp dried parsley1 1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp black pepper1 tsp paprika1 tsp cumin1 tsp (more or less to preference) cayenne pepper
Directions
Directions: Put chicken in slow cooker. Whisk all the other ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cook on low in slowcooker for 8 hours. Shred chicken with a fork. Serve in lettuce wraps, tortillas, over rice, etc.

How do I describe it? Sort of a mildly citrus mole sauce. It’s spicy. It’s saucy. It’s fantastic. Try it and let me know what you think!
