All-purpose White Flour, 1 cupWhole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cupWheat Bran, 0.25 cupFlax Seed, ground, 0.25 cupBaking Powder, 1.5 tspCinnamon, 1 tspAllspice, 0.25 tspSalt, 0.25 tspApplesauce, unsweetened, 1 cupPure Maple Syrup, .5 cupAlmond Milk, 0.5 cupEgg, 1 largeCanola Oil, 3 tbspDried Cranberries, 0.5 cupWalnuts, chopped, 0.5 cup
Mix wet and dry ingredients together in separate bowls. Add dry mix to wet. Try not to over mix. Fold in the dried cranberries and walnuts.
Fill muffin tins with batter (I use the silicon cups and they work great). Bake at 400 deg for about 20 mins.
The recipes make 12-15 muffins.
