Quick Homemade Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbspCarrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped *Garlic, Chopped or Minced (SS=1 Clove), 2 serving Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesStewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 1 CupTomato Sauce, .5 cupTomato Paste, .5 can (6 oz) *Mueller's Spaghetti, 8 oz Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, add garlic and saute till golden. Add onions and carrots and saute till wilted. Add peppers and saute till wilted. Add stewed, sauce, and paste tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes. Cook pasta according to direction on box. Spoon tomato mixture on top of pasta.
