Green beans, whole, fresh.Parmesan, shredded.Garlic, minced.Olive oil, drizzle.Salt/Pepper to taste.
Rinse green beans and snap stringy ends/stems off. Line in single layer on cookie sheet/baking stone. Drizzle with olive oil. Add minced garlic and shredded parmesan cheese. Toss to coat and re-arrange in single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Place under top broiler, first or second shelf away. Broil at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once during broiling.
