Quiche Florentine

Ingredients
1 cup egg substitute10oz spinach (drained)1 cup reduced-fat mozzerella cheese1 9" Ready Made pie crust
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350
Roll out frozen pie crust (brought to room temperature) in pic pan and press into shape. Cur off excess crust.
In mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
Pour ingredients into pie crust and spread evenly around.
Bake for 25minutes or until knife comes out clean.
