Sweet Corn Bread Gluten free

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups gf flour, Bob's Red Mill2 cups cornmeal1/2 cup sugar1 teas baking powder1 teas baking soda1/4 cup veggie oil1 teas salt2 eggs, slightly beaten6 oz vanilla greek yogurt1/2 cup lite mayo2/3 cup skim milk1 stick butter, melted1 14 oz can creamed corn
Directions
1. Mix all the dry ingredients with whisk.
2. Blend all wet ingredients separately.
3. Add wet to dry.
4. Pour into glass dish 11x17 sprayed with Pam.

400 degrees 25-30 mins. Edges will be toasted color and pull away from the dish. DO NOT OVER BAKE. ENJOY!!
