Chicken Rueben Bake

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, boneless, cut in 1/23 slices of 2% cheese slices1 6 oz or 8 oz can sauerkraut, drained & squeezed2 oz of white wine (add to kraut)1/2 cup light 1000 island dressingsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
1. Place chicken breast in baking dish.
2. Cover each piece with cheese.
3. Layer kraut next
4. Drizzle with dressing

Cook uncovered. Very tasty and freezes like a dream.
