Ingredients
2 cups High Fiber flour blend (King Arthur)1.5 cups yellow cornmeal.5 cup granulated Splenda.5 teaspoons salt5 teaspoons baking powder.5 cup unsweetened applesauce2 cups skim milk2 large eggs4 Tablespoons melted butter
Directions
mix dry ingredients well, add milk, 2 eggs (not beaten), and melted butter. FOLD in with rubber spatula..it should be slightly lumpy. pour into "Pammed" 13 x 9 pan, bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.
